how booking works
the time slots are there to offer me structure, but they're not fixed — most services are about an hour and a half. so if your schedule is more fixed, just text me any time (10:30, 12, …) and i can structure the rest of my appointments around that! after all, you guys are my exclusive clientele 💖
pick a time
tuesday through saturday, with times in 30-minute steps so the schedule bends around yours. book up to 90 days ahead — and if your day is full, join that day's waitlist and you'll get a link when a spot opens.
send your inspo
send your inspo as soon as possible so we can brainstorm together — the night before your appointment at the very latest. designs are quoted individually, and you'll have your total at the end.
come as you are
text or call when you pull up and i'll come meet you. the balance is due at the end: cash app, venmo, zelle, apple pay, or tap-to-pay through square.

structured gel
everything is structured gel — builder gel, hard gel, polygel. no acrylic. a russian manicure is included with every service: performed with a professional e-file to gently refine the cuticle area and remove non-living skin, for a clean, precise finish that enhances the overall look of your manicure while helping improve product retention. prices and times are on the booking page.

the short version
the rules that cost time or money. everything else is in the full policies.
- $30deposit for new clients — it holds your first appointment, comes off your total, and isn't refundable. current clients book with the card on file, no deposit.
- 24 hrsnotice to cancel or reschedule. with less — or a no-show — new clients forfeit the deposit, and current clients are charged the booked service to the card on file.
- 15 minof grace if you're running late. past that we work with the time that's left — a simpler design, or skipping the toe polish change.
- referralnew clients come by referral only, from my current clients — you'll join the waitlist, and your first appointment takes the $30 deposit, which goes toward your total.
- the totalcomes at the end, since designs are quoted individually. a single colour, a french, or a cat eye i can tell you up front.
- sick?please stay home. text me and we'll move your appointment — no fee, no charge, and a first-appointment deposit moves with it.
- 2 weeksany nail that breaks or lifts within two weeks, i'll fix free. picking, biting, or using nails as tools voids that.
