booking & policies
Everything here exists so your appointment starts on time and you leave with nails you love. Read it once and you're set.
the short version
what costs time or money
- $30deposit books your spot. It comes off your total and isn't refundable.
- 24 hrsnotice to cancel or reschedule. With less, the deposit stays with me — and if you miss an appointment without a heads-up, the next one is prepaid too.
- 15 minof grace if you're running late. Past that we work with the time that's left — a simpler design, or skipping the toe polish change.
- $50flat, for a second slot if your design needs more than two hours.
- waitlistMy books are full right now, and booking is open to my recurring clients. New clients get in through the waitlist — when a spot opens, I'll reach out.
- the totalcomes at the end, since designs are quoted individually. A single colour, a French, or a cat eye I can tell you up front.
- sick?Please stay home. Text me and your deposit moves to the new appointment, no fee.
- 2 weeksAny nail that breaks or lifts within two weeks, I'll fix free. Picking, biting, or using nails as tools voids that.
booking
- I'm open Tuesday through Saturday in two-hour slots: 9–11, 11–1, 1–3, 3–5, and 5–7.
- Book through my Square booking page. That's the calendar that counts — if it isn't on there, it isn't booked.
- Need something outside those slots? Text me and I'll see what I can do.
- You can book up to 90 days ahead, and up to 12 hours before the appointment itself.
the waitlist
- If the day you want has nothing open, add yourself to the waitlist for that day right in the booking app.
- When a spot opens up you'll get a notification with a link to claim it. Spots go to whoever books first, so it's worth having notifications turned on.
- Because you joined ahead of time, the waitlist is also how you get a last-minute spot — you can claim an opening even inside the 12-hour window.
new clients
- My books are currently full, and booking is open to my recurring clients.
- If you'd like to get in, add yourself to the waitlist — when a spot opens up, I'll reach out to you.
- Once we get you booked, I'll need your full name, your phone number, and your deposit. When the deposit clears I'll send you the address and parking directions.
your design
- Send me your inspiration photos by the morning of your appointment at the very latest. Earlier is better — it's how I make sure I have the time and the supplies.
- Designs are quoted individually, since the price depends on the set — I'll have your total for you at the end. If you're getting something simple like a single colour, a French, or a cat eye, I can tell you up front.
- Some designs need more than two hours. If yours does, we'll book a second slot for a flat $50.
- A toe polish change can be added at the end. It takes about 30 minutes.
what i do and don't do
- Everything I do is builder gel. I don't do acrylic.
- I don't work on infected or badly damaged nails. If I spot an infection, an open cut, or anything that looks like it needs a doctor, I'll stop — your deposit moves to a new appointment and there's no fee.
- Tell me about any allergies or skin conditions when you book.
deposits & payment
- $30 deposit to book. It comes off your total. It isn't refundable.
- The rest is due at the end of your appointment: Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, or tap-to-pay through Square.
- Tips are always welcome.
changes, cancellations & no-shows
- Life happens — I just need 24 hours if you have to move things around.
- With less than 24 hours' notice, the deposit stays with me. These are two-hour slots, and that's usually too late for me to fill one.
- If an appointment is missed without a heads-up, the deposit is forfeited and the next one is prepaid when you book it.
- Not feeling well? Please stay home. Just text me and your deposit moves to the new appointment, no fee.
- If I have to cancel on you, you get your deposit back and first pick of the next opening.
running late
- 15 minutes is no problem at all.
- Past that, we work with the time that's left — a simpler design, or skipping the toe polish change — so you're still finished on time and whoever's booked after you isn't waiting.
when you get here
- Text or call me when you pull up and I'll come out and meet you.
- Bringing someone along? That's fine — just let me know who's coming when you book so I can plan the space.
- Oatchi, my dog, lives here. If you're allergic to dogs or nervous around them, tell me when you book and I'll make arrangements.
looking after them
- Cuticle oil, every day. That's the whole game.
- Gloves when you're cleaning with chemicals.
- Don't pick, don't bite, and don't use them as tools.
If something breaks: any nail that breaks or lifts within 2 weeks, I'll fix free. Picking, biting, or using your nails as tools voids that — those breaks I'll still fix, but they're a regular fix.
photos & your privacy
- I post my work. If you'd rather I didn't post yours, just say so — any time, no explanation needed.
- Your phone number stays with me. I don't share it and I don't send promotional texts.
reaching me
- I answer messages between 8am and 8pm, usually within a few hours. Anything after 8pm I'll get to the next morning.
