everything here exists so your appointment starts on time and you leave with nails you love. read it once and you're set.
the short version
what costs time or money
- $30deposit for new clients — it holds your first appointment, comes off your total, and isn't refundable. current clients book with the card on file, no deposit.
- 24 hrsnotice to cancel or reschedule. with less — or a no-show — new clients forfeit the deposit, and current clients are charged the booked service to the card on file.
- 15 minof grace if you're running late. past that we work with the time that's left — a simpler design, or skipping the toe polish change.
- referralnew clients come by referral only, from my current clients — you'll join the waitlist, and your first appointment takes the $30 deposit, which goes toward your total.
- the totalcomes at the end, since designs are quoted individually. a single colour, a french, or a cat eye i can tell you up front.
- sick?please stay home. text me and we'll move your appointment — no fee, no charge, and a first-appointment deposit moves with it.
- 2 weeksany nail that breaks or lifts within two weeks, i'll fix free. picking, biting, or using nails as tools voids that.
booking
- i'm open tuesday through saturday, and appointments book in 30-minute steps — so the schedule can bend around yours.
- book through my square booking page. that's the calendar that counts — if it isn't on there, it isn't booked.
- the time slots are there to offer me structure, but they're not fixed — most services are about an hour and a half. if your schedule is more fixed, just text me any time (10:30, 12, …) and i can structure the rest of my appointments around that! after all, you guys are my exclusive clientele 💖
- you can book up to 90 days ahead, and up to 12 hours before the appointment itself.
the waitlist
- if the day you want has nothing open, add yourself to the waitlist for that day right in the booking app.
- when a spot opens up you'll get a notification with a link to claim it. spots go to whoever books first, so it's worth having notifications turned on.
- because you joined ahead of time, the waitlist is also how you get a last-minute spot — you can claim an opening even inside the 12-hour window.
new clients
- new clients come by referral only, from my current clients.
- referred? you'll join the waitlist, and when a spot opens up i'll reach out to you.
- a $30 deposit is required for your first appointment — it goes toward your total and isn't refundable.
- once we get you booked, i'll need your full name, your phone number, and your deposit. when the deposit clears i'll send you the address and parking directions.
your design
- send your inspo as soon as possible so we can brainstorm together — at the very latest, the night before your appointment.
- designs are quoted individually, since the price depends on the set — i'll have your total for you at the end. if you're getting something simple like a single colour, a french, or a cat eye, i can tell you up front.
- some designs need extra time. if yours does, we'll plan for it together when you send your inspo.
- a toe polish change can be added at the end. it takes about 30 minutes.
what i do and don't do
- everything i do is structured gel — builder gel, hard gel, polygel. i don't do acrylic.
- a russian manicure is included with every service — performed with a professional e-file to gently refine the cuticle area and remove non-living skin. the result is a clean, precise finish that enhances the overall look of your manicure while helping improve product retention.
- i don't work on infected or badly damaged nails. if i spot an infection, an open cut, or anything that looks like it needs a doctor, i'll stop — we'll rebook with no fee or charge, and a first-appointment deposit moves to the new appointment.
- tell me about any allergies or skin conditions when you book.
deposits & payment
- new clients: a $30 deposit holds your first appointment. it comes off your total, and it isn't refundable.

- the rest is due at the end of your appointment: cash app, venmo, zelle, apple pay, or tap-to-pay through square.
- tips are always welcome.
changes, cancellations & no-shows
- life happens — i just need 24 hours if you have to move things around. less notice than that is usually too late for me to fill the time.
- first appointments: with less than 24 hours' notice, or a no-show, the $30 deposit stays with me — and after a no-show, your next appointment is prepaid when you book it.
- current clients: with less than 24 hours' notice, or a no-show, the booked service is charged to the card on file.
- not feeling well? please stay home. just text me and we'll move your appointment — no fee, no charge, and a first-appointment deposit moves right along with it.
- if i have to cancel on you, you get first pick of the next opening — and your deposit back, if you'd paid one.
running late
- 15 minutes is no problem at all.
- past that, we work with the time that's left — a simpler design, or skipping the toe polish change — so you're still finished on time and whoever's booked after you isn't waiting.
when you get here
- text or call me when you pull up and i'll come out and meet you.
- bringing someone along? that's fine — just let me know who's coming when you book so i can plan the space.
- oatchi, my dog, lives here. if you're allergic to dogs or nervous around them, tell me when you book and i'll make arrangements.
looking after them
- cuticle oil, every day. that's the whole game.
- gloves when you're cleaning with chemicals.
- don't pick, don't bite, and don't use them as tools.
if something breaks: any nail that breaks or lifts within 2 weeks, i'll fix free. picking, biting, or using your nails as tools voids that — those breaks i'll still fix, but they're a regular fix.
photos & your privacy
- i post my work. if you'd rather i didn't post yours, just say so — any time, no explanation needed.
- your phone number stays with me. i don't share it and i don't send promotional texts.
reaching me
- i answer messages between 8am and 8pm, usually within a few hours. anything after 8pm i'll get to the next morning.
